Street Problems in Gnosall

Potholes, fly-tipping, overflowing bins, fallen trees and other faults reported by residents through FixMyStreet inside the Gnosall parish boundary. Browse what neighbours have already flagged, see exactly where it is, and find out which council deals with it.

Love Gnosall doesn’t handle reports itself — we just gather them in one place so they’re easier to find. Reporting goes through FixMyStreet, which passes it to the council responsible for fixing it.

Select a pin on the map, or a report in the list beside it, to read the full report and see the photo. Pins sit where the person reporting dropped their marker, so positions are approximate.

Who fixes what?

Not sure who’s responsible? It depends on the problem, not on where you live. Three different councils cover Gnosall, and each looks after a different set of things. You don’t have to work it out to report something — FixMyStreet routes it for you — but it helps to know who’ll be picking it up.

Staffordshire County Council

Anything on the road or pavement

Roads, potholes, pavements and footpaths, street lighting, drainage and flooding, road signs, overgrown verges and highway trees.

Stafford Borough Council

Rubbish and the local environment

Missed bins, fly-tipping, litter and street cleaning, abandoned vehicles, dog fouling and graffiti.

Report it to the borough → (opens on staffordbc.gov.uk in a new tab)

Gnosall Parish Council

Things the village itself owns

Parish-owned facilities and amenities, such as certain benches, notice boards, play equipment, the recreation ground, the cemetery and parish planting.

Still not sure? Report it on FixMyStreet anyway and pick the closest category — it works out where to send it.

Dangerous right now?

Don’t use FixMyStreet for anything putting people at immediate risk — a collapsed road, a tree blocking a carriageway, a burst water main or an exposed electrical fault. Call Staffordshire County Council on 0300 111 8000 for 24-hour highways emergencies, or dial 999 if there is a danger to life.

Reports and photographs are published by FixMyStreet and remain the copyright of the people who submitted them. The feed carries only the most recent reports for the parish, and refreshes hourly. Source: the FixMyStreet RSS feed for Gnosall, run by mySociety.
