Public meeting on Knightley Road housing plans

Gnosall Parish Council is holding a public meeting on Monday 20th July at 7pm to discuss a planning application for up to 80 new homes on Knightley Road.

The application, now live on the Stafford Borough Council Planning Portal, seeks outline permission for up to 80 dwellings on land off Knightley Road, including access, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure. The only detail being decided at this stage is the primary vehicle access from Knightley Road.

Gnosall Parish Council has stated that it supports the application and has been working with the developer and local residents since December 2024 as the proposals have evolved.

How to have your say

The original deadline for public responses was Friday 24th July, but the Parish Council successfully requested an extension to allow residents time to attend the meeting first. You now have until 31st July to submit your comments via the Stafford Borough Council Planning Portal.

The public meeting takes place on Monday 20th July at 7pm. It is an opportunity to hear the details of the application and put your questions to the council.
