Village pub featured in the Express & Star

The Royal Oak in Gnosall has been featured in a fascinating article in Staffordshire's Express & Star, revealing the interesting story behind its renovation.

As (almost) everyone in the village is aware, The Royal Oak pub on Newport Road was taken over in 2021 after being shut in 2019, following some tragic news.

The popular pub was restored by sisters Katie Heggadon and Annie Girling in May 2021, who have given the establishment a much-needed lease of life for the Gnosall pub community.

Regional newspaper The Express & Star picked up the story, and featured the pub renovations and success story in March of this year, and it's definitely worth a read.
